喷涂装工艺就是将卷钢板和卷铝板进行涂装后，再将预涂板在使用前进行成型加工，目前大量使用的彩钢板和铝塑复合板都是喷涂的产品。喷涂涂装主要用于无法涂装以后再进行加工的铝单板和铝型材产品。
